- A dedicated Survey Account Manager to answer your questions.
- Survey Account Manager and Consultant review of participant input using a series of statistical quality assurance programs which analyze your survey responses. Your survey responses are analyzed to identify potential discrepancies, and a Quality Assurance Report is forwarded to you early in the process for your review. We encourage you to review your Quality Assurance Report with your Survey Account Manager. Your Account Manager is available to review and discuss your Quality Assurance Report.
