Matt Turner
Matt Turner, Managing Director in the Chicago office, joined the firm in 2007. He specializes in executive compensation strategy, incentive plan design, tailoring of performance measures and assisting Compensation Committees in setting shareholder-focused performance targets. With 16 years of experience, Mr. Turner has worked with public and private companies in a range of industries including technology, real estate, transportation, financial services, insurance, retail and manufacturing.

Prior to joining PM&P, Mr. Turner was a principal in Mercer’s Human Capital Advisory Services business (HCAS) and a principal with SCA Consulting. He has been a speaker and workshop leader on compensation and performance measurement issues for The Conference Board, WorldatWork, the American Management Association and Financial Executives International. Mr. Turner holds an S.B. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
